Just got back from the dealer. Placed order around five and had production number by the time we left. Thought I would share based on what I have read here.
Not available: Exec pkg, Luxury seating (ventilated & massage), hitch, harmon kardon, itouch controller (wheel)
Available: Driving Assistance Prof Pkg (which does incl ACC), Premium Pkg, Parking Assistance Pkg, Climate Comfort Pkg, Multi contour seats, wireless charging.

Yes, 40i xdrive. Dealer only had 4 xdrive spots left and 1 sdrive.

Mine was BMW of Birmingham. We never discussed 45E but I haven't noticed a ton moving through there. Closer to MO too!

Do you mind sharing your dealer? I placed order on 1 MAY and still waiting on the allocation. Dealer initially said that it would take 1-3 months.

So weird the way it varies week by week. Week 22 production was a sweet spot for 45e orders: HK, luxury seating, executive, power lower lift gate, tow hitch all available….

My Week 26 45e build has every option, except tow hitch (didn't order), but literally is optioned maxed out, and has no deletes.

Don't be too optimistic. I got production number of my 45e three weeks ago. It is stuck at status 105. We will probably get pushed to MY23

I just ordered the last MY2022 X5 xDrive40i allocation from BMW David and BMW of Catonsville. Mostly same situation as yours.

Was not able to get Exec pkg, Luxury Seating pkg, trailer hitch, any audio upgrades.

However, David said there would be no other features missing. So I'm especially concerned about iDrive control wheel touch, soft close doors, kick-to-open feature, and powered lower liftgate. Would appreciate anyone's insight into those.

Already in 112 Scheduled for Production status, expected 7/30 for a Sept 7th PCD Date.
