The legislative branch needs to keep themselves out of business transactions. They make laws. If laws are violated, it goes to the judicial branch, not the legislative branch. Sorry, my libertarian side coming out...

I can google too but that doesn't mean that F1G doesn't make their own decisions as well. Liberty probably influences the decisions based entirely on profits so I'm curious if F1G is also against andretti.
