For me:
1) Cayenne Turbo Coupe 2) BMW X6 3) Audi Q8 4) Mercedes GLE The simplicity of the Cayenne is what does it for me. The X6 is a tad to busy for my taste (especially the rear vents) and the Q8 is just way ti busy. The Benz for me just has bad shape/proportion and always felt they executed the coupe SUV the least successfully. |

MB AMG GLE 53 Coupe is a non starter. The desire of MB designers to make cars resemble Scarabaeinae subfamily of beetles continues to be perplexing.
Audi RSQ8 is a real contender in this comparison. I prefer X5M for personal reasons which is in essence a vote for X6M. |

The coupe roof line causes an atrocious looking rear on them all. The Porsche seems to have the least worst rear.

The Audi looks like a shooting brake compared to the rest. It probably drives like a typical Audi but I doubt the typical SUV driver cares how his/her land yacht performs through the figure eight of how Pole Position-light the steering feels.

Porsche look old exterior mostly front, nothing changed from first generation. Audi doing a great job. BMW and Audi definitely the exterior design winners. Mercedes I think has the best interior.

The Merc just looks like a giant fat slug to me with a droopy mouth, interior looks fisher price and chintzy.
X6-Cayenne-Q8 in that order, the X6M looks really good inside and out next to the others.

I saw the RSQ8 and new X6M at the LA auto show yesterday.
Both are hot AF in their own ways. I’ve been critical of the X6 but in real life it’s bad ass. |

+1 for me. 1) The X6 looks best, except from the rear. Especially in black! 2) I LIKE the Audi Q8.. love the shape and exterior from all angles. 3) The Porsche just looks weird. It and the MB look like they have no front fascia... they just look goofy. 911 looks great... a 911 floating 18" off the ground... looks like an AMC Eagle wagon from back in the day. The black wheels don't do it for me here either.... 4) That MB is ugly on the outside and the inside. |
