The horizontal slats are a tragedy but at least it doesn't look like the X7

This is not a mule, but someone wrapping his car in that M3 Touring style.

We should be extremely grateful if this is the design!! You just never know with BMW lately. The new X7 and 7 series are a downgrade in design and I'm glad it didn't trickle down to the X5.

I doubt even 1% of M SUVs ever see track time - they are extremely fun and versatile dailies, not racecars.

meh.... LCI front end doesn't look any better honestly. If BMW figures out how to do a proper air suspension setup like Porsche on the X5M then I would consider upgrading.

From the video, it looks like the front wheel gap will be decreased. That would be great, it's one of the few things I hate about the X5M.

Sounds like you need to own more cars instead of putting all your pennies in one SUV and expecting it to be a GT3RS. I definitely drive my F95 aggressively and tracked it multiple times, but that's definitely not the purpose of the car. Just because a car is capable of doing something, doesn't mean its design focus was for that task. A GT3RS CAN be a daily driver, but it wasn't designed for that purpose. Since the X5M is one of my daily cars, I'd like to have ACC, massaged seats, B&O, etc. while having 750hp, just in case I need it.
