Same- I had to buy out my current x5 and wait. Maybe a April build with skyscraper gray. Hopefully leather is back on the 40i. A lot will be revealed.

And the e50i with that 100 mile range battery sounds good now.

FYI, extended merino leather is currently available on the 40i.

It’s 50e and it will not have 100 mile electric range!

Ha that’s the same spec we’re looking at. 40i, skyscraper with black interior. I don’t mind the Sensafin but want to see the design of both before deciding.

Here in Europe they still say 2/8

Regarding timing, often the embargo will lift at midnight in Europe on the day of reveal, meaning we get it the evening before here in the US.

If the reveal drops at midnight, Feb 8 in Europe, we will see it this evening, Feb 7, in the US.

Actually, I got a PM from a bmwblog editor who clarified that BMW usually does reveals at 6:01 pm EST which translates to 12:01 am next day in Germany. Let’s see if anything happens later today.

That is correct. They have not been keeping a regular schedule for a year or so but dealers will likely receive allocations the last week of Feb/first week of March.
