How to put car to sleep? I was told that on x5 xdrve45e, before disconnect the 12v battery, it must be done. I am not even sure if it's true.
I need to change starter and dealer says it's not covered by manufacture warranty due to flood, crazy. I never heard that starter flooded, it design to be underwater...
Anyways, it is simple job, but I am warry about disconnecting the negative cable from the battery.
