M60i Dahler secondary downpipes and valved exhaust

Installing this upcoming week, so I'll update with all the info and soundclips. The quality looks phenomenal. New valves with programming to your rear view mirror garage link buttons or separate remote as well. Small clip of the details of the setup.

No issues with install. downpipes fit like oem, everything bolted up great. in regards of the cost in comparison to value....thats very opinionated to be honest. would you prefer it to be twice this loud to be of value? i guess it depends what you want to achieve with the sound and how much you want to spend. i am very happy with the outcome and the sound. it doesnt quite sound "aftermarket" or obnoxious. its very throaty and has that deep V8 growl the M60i lacks.

installed parts include
-catless secondary downpipes
-catback exhaust system
-new valves and valve controller with remote
-all required hardware

tips came with the catback system, and are slip on style, so you have to remove the oem bezel style tips first

It sounds 10% louder than iconic sound. I turned it off now. Really hard to capture interior sound accurately

Your right. It gets deeper with valves open. You can hear it better listening on a good sound source. Playing the video on a phone really makes it harder to distinguish. The system overall is not very loud, which I like. It's only slightly louder in the cabin as well. Most importantly, the car sounds like an m60i TT V8.

How would you rate the loudness vs family needs? (Think wife who’s getting annoyed at loud cars and small kids sleeping in the back, and everybody hating any droning noises)

Slightly louder cabin sound. No drone, but you must install the tips for the full execution so it extends to the edge of the bumper past the car. European cars will be quieter since they have 2 extra resonator and opf.
