Yep, no shade against the 50i. It was my list to consider next year when my lease expires on the taxi (540i). But having been an owner of a F85 X5M, I know what I'd be missing if I went 50i, and that would just make me regret it.

Of course, I haven't looked at $$$ yet...but this looks like the beast it should be.

That thing looks good!

Real M suspension is absolutely not as comfortable as the standard M Package variants.

I'm still to much on the performance side of driving to give up the button downed suspension.

It's totally effortless driving in true M cars and there is just no compromise for me.

Same here because the new front grill is ehhh lol... but I'm not gonna lie this pic kinda made me change my mind lol

Money isn't the issue it's living in an area where the roads don't like stiff suspensions. I'd rather drive an F90 than SUV personally but the F95 is a beauty

Design decision? Nah. It's a let's whore this sht out MARKETING decision.

When the head of M goes on stage in Geneva and talks about paint color first, you know it's all going the way of the dodo bird. Nothing is sacred any more in this 36 month lease auto world. Subscriptions on deck.

So painfully true, M = marketing, the shareholders are running the company now.

Have you seen that new cayenne coupe thingamabob? Lmao. Porsche had to get in the #metoo x6m game which in and of itself is a hot mess of a monstrosity.

My f8x is my last M. On deck is a 911 made during a time when people would've been aghast at Porsche making a (gasp) SUV.

I'm tired of fake M owners. Either you in or out. That's it. That's something that's been buggin me for years.

Your have your M-Sport owners then you have your M owners. Let's keep the separation PREVALENT.

Yes, you have a BMW but it's levels. We need to hold the community accountable. It's cool have that M-Sport. But when you full M. We need a new found of respect. Imposters NOT WANTED!!!

It's boring for the Competition the same engine with another setup like they have done for the M5. They should add an e-engine to really increase the power of the wonderful V8 engine for the extra costs they charge for the Competition.

The new X5 is pretty awesome on the inside, very comfortable. Definitely something that I look into.

Ideally, X5 M and M3 in my driveway. Kids will have electrics.

The red X5M C has Black Roof Rails, the X3M C had non-matching Silver. We are hoping the Silver is a mistake.

For me the rails would be deleted and a Thule mounting system would be utilized directly on the roof mounting points.

Agreed. This looks promising. I might finally have to sell my prized F80 M3 and get the X5M!

What happens if you have an M3 Competition and an X5 M50d?

Are you like half in and out-ish-sorta?

Not sure why the pics have been overly saturated and the contrast adjusted too high? Seems unusual for “leaked pics”. Isn’t it odd they leaked the CS? Could this mean there will be no standard “M”? Seems like they would be sabotaging the launch of the X5M.
In my collection of cars, it will probably ride too stiff for what I use a luxury/performance SUV for. I do dig the rear end. From the pics, it seems to work. I will certainly be driving one for a final decision.

Get the CS (for a steal) and keep the F85 X5M. That's my current stable.
Should make the perfect duo until all the hype dies down with the new and upcoming X3M, X5M, and M3.

My lease is up on X5 in July. Was going to jump ship into an M5. But this is looking badass.
