Call me weird but I actually enjoy the X5 smoothness and ride over M2C. They are both different but the X5 is just a more plush ride with the air suspension.

Why would that be weird? I would assume almost everyone would enjoy a confortable ride over a sports car suspension. Two different cars with completely different purposes. Although with the M SUV's it seems they ruin this great quality of the X5, as the X3 M in my opinion is inexcusably harsh for a family vehicle, and reviews of X5 M are saying similar things to that of the X3 M regarding ride.

I do find US car prices a bit cheaper in general. They even get lower rates and better discounts. For example, in Canada my 2017 X5 35i costs me $1550/month on a 48mth lease. I inquired about an M5 and it would be about $2500/month here in Canada. Discount wise, I'd be lucky to get $5k off of a $90k+ vehicle here
