Tire warranty?

Happy to be driving new 2021 X5M Comp.

800 miles on the truck now.

Tires are not holding pressure. Inflate to a few pounds over 38 front 42 rear.

Next day, pressure is down to 35 ish....

Anyone get tires replaced under warranty?

Bring it to the dealer if you're concerned. Could be a TPMS sensor issue. If tire issue, they'll work with you I'm sure.

Are you filling up the tires when completely cold?

in summer would be an issue cause you fill with ambient air, and tires tend to cool down if parked indoor on concrete. I would say compare PSI/temp to be sure

regarding tire warranty, expect the dealer to give you hard time, from the fact they want people to buy their tire/wheel warranties

I use my tire gauge. One less thing to be anal about.

With only 800 miles he'll be fine at dealer if it is a tire defect.
