$1100 per month on 4.0 with a sticker of $76k?!!!!!

That just might be one of the worst deals I've seen.

Residual is set by BMW Finance; the dealer can't change or screw with it. Focus on discount off sticker and on MF. The dealer will try to mark up the MF.

Thanks again
The market is different now from even 2 months ago when we got ours. I would respond to the dealer and ask him/her to break out the "adjusted capitalized cost", the money factor and any incentives. The residual is set by BMWFS (scroll up to the first page of the thread to see what May rates are). Head over to the Edmunds forum and find out the current Money Factor (I'm sure it's in this thread somewhere also) I think it's like .00110 (+/- .0002).

Also make sure they don't add stupid shit onto the deal to recoup the discount (they tried to get me on some Kahu bullshit and Permaplate). Seperate all that stuff out and make sure it doesn't re-appear in the paperwork in the finance office. They'll also try and sell you the rims & tires, but there's LOTS of wiggle room there too. Ghost them for a bit too if they're not giving you what you want. I've got a dealer in Cali that STILL calls me even though I've told them multiple times we've already purchased.

The key is persistence, annoyance and variance. Shop around. Play one dealer against another. Or just hit up Dan @ Next Level Auto Brokers (he schooled many of us on the science of leasing).

Looks like that deal is just at MSRP. Now doesn't seem like a good time to obtain a good deal.

When do the 2022 rates come out? July? I think my 21 that has been order banked is becoming a 22 if something does change in the next week or so.

Has anyone ever got BMW to honor rates across model years. I've been waiting since March for an allocation.

Curious how Mclaren is with leases. I've done a bit of lurking on MclarenLife but not a ton of up to date lease information. But less than 10K out of pocket with an $1100/mo payment seems absurdly good. Can you PM me details of your deal? I'm on the list for a 992 GT3 but it's easily 12-24 months (if at all) before that will (read: might) become an option.

No more discounts. I think you are lucky to get 5% off MSRP. Before it was 10-12%.

1923+10K down?

I was quoted 1900 with 0 down June 14th. Even that was too much so I just financed it.

Yes they are - amongst other reasons, I ended up dropping my build order in favor of an in-stock unit when I was told there would be a significant delay, if not no lasers, on my F95. I get that the LEDs are plenty sufficient for all normal purposes, but still, when dropping ~130k on a vehicle, I'd really want it specced to my liking and not with lesser features than the G05 it's replacing.
