I think I read on another post that they dropped the Tech pack price by £300 by omitting HK. Shocking. BMW are clearly trying to recoup some of the losses. Glad I’m getting a stock car - well hopefully anyway.

ive had a 45e on order for over a month - then had the discussion today with the dealer about the 'downgrade' even they have said BMW is taking the pee with the price reduction - they've removed the HK audio, the Wireless charging and offered a £300 discount for the £1000 option! or i can always upgrade to BW audio for £3200.00 WTF! 20 years ive been a BMW customer x5 autos and they call this CS

Did they actually give you the option to go with Bowers & Wilkins (even at the increased cost)? I'm in the USA and they removed BW as an option on anything other than the M50i or X5M models earlier this year. Unless this was just kept as an option for Europe/UK. I'd actually go with BW given the option if I could not get HK. This is a big deal for me and would prevent me from ordering now.

It's still in the configurator for Belgium. But I've noticed they changed something else... There are nog fog lights anymore and the BMW Emblem has an extra light blue surrounding now on the hybrid models. Should change for cars manufactured in July.
