I also thought it was 55. But I was on the phone with GM for BMW Center and he double checked while I was on the phone.

This is an example of why we use Edmunds instead of tracking here to reduce confusion:

MY21
10K - 56%
12K - 55%
15K - 53%

BMWFS lease residuals always follow this formula:
10K, base residual
12K, base residual less 1%
15K, base residual less 2%

The 1% drop in the residual pretty much cancels out the lowered money factor for my lease as compared to the September numbers. In fact, the monthly payment would go up by $1.

You need more incentives, money down, and dealer discount.

Is the $500 BMW loyalty lease to lease customer incentive in addition to the the $1000 loyalty credit? For example, as a current BMW lease customer ready to lease a new X5, am I eligible for the following incentives:

I'm also picking up two cars in Dec for 2 outgoing leases. Qualifying to below lease and loyalty incentives.

$1000 loyalty

So in addition to these what else can be stacked? I have all of these below.

UDE ? $500 Corporate $500 Center

Penfed + UDE if you're a BMWCCA member.

I learned my lesson when I did a corp discount and lease rate years ago which excluded me from taking advantage of the BMWCCA post purchase $1K rebate on X5/6/7 from BMWNA.

Last Dec, I was able to stack lease credit, loyalty, USAA. $1K BMWNA/CCA post purchase rebate.

I believe Corp. Fleet and CCA rebate doesn't go together. You have to chose one. I always done Corp fleet as the amount was same.
