I think there is a Corporate Fleet discount that you might be able to use since you don't have a BMW.

There is a winter event. If you plan to drive around 250 miles :
http://winterxdriveexp.eventsbmw.com/?token=DBEM3

BMW invites you to join the Winter xDrive Experience to witness the dynamic power of our full line of BMW Sport Activity Vehicles®, including the all-new X5 at one of BMW's Northeast partner ski resorts.

Professional driving instructors will teach you how to conquer the winter elements using xDrive, (BMW's intelligent all-wheel-drive system) through street drives and a timed autocross course**.

Additionally, participants will have the ability to see the first-ever BMW X7 on display**.

All registered participants will receive $1,000* towards the purchase or lease of a new BMW, valid until June 30, 2019.

Hope this helps you and or other potential buyers.

Good luck.
Did more research on corporate fleet. Looks like it is $2500 for 2019 X5 if you finance (not lease) but cannot be combined with CCA or loyalty. Printed the certificate will take to dealer at delivery! Thanks for the tip.

Car is being built and will be at dealer around end of next week.

Black S. Metallic with Black Vernasca Leather.
MSRP 66445
Dealer discount 11% (7309)
Loyalty Credit 1500
APR credit 2000.
Will get CCA membership soon for 1000 rebate.

This is the 3rd X5 we are getting. Earlier 2010 diesel and 2014 3.5 were lease.
This time we are buying because of the 2000 credit plus we liked this new X5 a lot more than last one.

This site has been great help.
Thanks a lot all of you.

I am getting too many PMs for dealer info. So after speaking to my CA I am just providing the information.
The dealer is BMW of Springfield NJ (973) 287-4469
CA= Brynt

Hope this helps people who are planning to buy.

Placed an order for a 40i M-sport with a local dealer here in DFW. had to work at it to get a dealer discount that i liked.

MSRP : ~84k [83k build price + 1k destination]
dealer discount: 4.83k (5.75%)
BMWFS discount : 2k
BMW loyalty discount = 1.5k
final sales price = 75.6k [TTL not included in this price and is extra]
BMWCCA rebate = 1k
Net price to me excluding taxes = 74.6k [effectively 11.1% off of MSRP total]

This is an average deal IMO.

Could have got another 0.5% by shopping out of state and asking a local dealer to match, and could have saved another 1.2% by waiting for a BMW Ultimate driving event here in September, so that's 1.7% off the table.

But if I were to wait till then, I could have got better deals like the ones posted here recently [11% dealer discount is crazy good - if really real !], since the MY2020 would be announced. But since mine was a custom build loaded with good options, it is unlikely that a dealer would have had it on the lot and BMW would have stopped 2019 custom builds anyway. So, all in all, an average deal, and it was decent enough me to prioritize time (and earlier enjoyment of the vehicle) over money.

I did get it at one of the better ranked dealers here (based on Google reviews), and this model will have a few teething issues, better to get it a good, supportive dealer focused on good service. Especially significant since BMW still likes to channel feedback from dealers instead of engaging directly with customers.

Hope this helps.

Have finally picked up my X5 50i. This is the deal I got for a lease in NY through a car dealer.

MSRP: $86k

With MSD:

$1,089 a Month
$2,500 Total Due At Signing
10,000 Miles A Year/ 36 Months

Amount to be collected:
$2,500 + $7,700(MSD) = $10,200

Non MSD:
$1,142 a Month
$2,500 Total Due At Signing
10,000 Miles A Year/ 36 Months

I went with the MSD option. The final price a month with all details above ended up being $10 less at $1079 a month.

Hope this helps someone. To note, this is without the BMW club rebate so the actual monthly come up to less.

Thanks for posting!

Does that include tax and how much % off MSRP were you able to get?

I'm asking because I'm planning on leasing a MY20 V8 (M50i?) with 10K Miles /36 Months as well and I'm planning on putting $3K down so your numbers are VERY interesting.

Right now, I'm leasing a 2017 $89K Audi Q7, also with 10K Miles/ 36 Months where I put $3K down, too. The monthly payment on that is $1,335 incl. tax (I know, that is bad but that is what you get with leasing an Audi) and I have 11 payments left..

I'm planning on getting a fully loaded X5 as replacement in about a year and it seems I MIGHT be able to get one with an MSRP of $105K without having to deal with a higher monthly payment than what I got right now. That would be a significantly better lease-deal than what I have right now.

I'm hoping I can get a high % off MSRP due to the above average price of the vehicle I'm looking for. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a dealer should be able to give a higher % off discount on a $105K vehicle and still make an identical profit compared to a $70K vehicle...

Our custom ordered X5 is now on the lot, but I'm thinking about delaying a few days to see if Finance APR will be better this Friday. It seems everywhere else is getting 2.89% while southern CA seems the last place in the country that BMWFS wants to hold on to a 4.55% rate. Even northern Cal is 2.89. What's the chance of going to 2.89% next month? Don't want to miss out on the finance/loyalty credits!

Same here. According my CA the car will be in on 27th. I told him I will wait till Friday and see if I am able to get better interest rate. NJ rate is 4.55 and some other states have 2.89.

This is way too high! You can expect up to 11% discount from dealer and add other incentives on top of it.

4% to 7% seems to be "average". Previously there was a 9% reported but not much follow-up happened after that.

11% *before* incentives you have reported is an excellent deal, especially for a new order and not on a car sitting in the lot. Do you mind sharing how you secured this amount? I saw earlier that you had shared the contact info as well [thanks], but more interested in the process. Not sure what deal the dealer has going with BMWNA, but I am not complaining if they can genuinely offer this to multiple folks.

Has anybody else been able to get this?
Asking this in the context of potentially renegotiating my contract or getting a new one before taking delivery in a few weeks time.

Perhaps you are referring to me? Haven't paid in full yet.

Got 9.5% off my wife's X5 build. Dealer offered a straight dollar amount off. I deducted taxes ($500 cap in SC) and tag transfer before computing for real numbers. Any BS dealer fees have been simply added to purchase price before discount calculations.
Added acoustic glass and luggage compartment pkg and deleted trailer hitch at msrp. This netted about a $200+ price change.

Will pay prior to PCD (late march) and post final hard numbers. Locked in build with deposit, production # and vin # assigned.
This isn't some random quote.
We do not qualify for any dealer based rebates.

$1000 BMW CCA rebate has NOT been factored in above figures.

FWIW- With the build your own option and the resulting build code- it was pretty easy to shop. I emailed all the in-state dealers the build code and asked for the best otd price with no trade, no financing. In 1 day with about an hours effort my cost was reduced ~$4k.

Thanks for sharing. I wasn't referring to you though but to another post several pages ago. But 9.5%sounds like a sweet deal if it's purely a dealer discount. Consistent with the older posts, I have been classifying the BMW corporate incentives separately [$2000 BMW FS credit + $1500 loyalty credit for Feb 2019].

If I combine dealer discount + BMW incentives, and exclude BMWCCA rebate, I still got 9.91% off of MSRP [84k]. If you got 9.5% just from the dealer's pockets and without an BMW incentives, then that is pretty good.

I also shopped around with a build code to compare and cross-shop on the exact same build. No trade-in. Financing @ 2.99%. Also locked everything down till delivery. in-state dealer.

Took me about a week though to go from 0% dealer discount to 5.75%.

Been a while since I've car shopped. My current car is a Tesla, and the price is the price. I wasn't planning on seriously shopping different BMW dealers, but then I found this site. I had sent my build to 4 dealers, and they were all close in price. I almost ordered yesterday, but after reading the posts here, I decided to check one last dealer. Boy, I'm glad I did. I don't qualify for any incentives (leasing, never owned a BMW). The original dealer gave me $3,720 off $80,420 ($76,700, 4.6%). That's after negotiating with him quite a bit ("I can't go any lower; I'm only making $200 on the deal"). In a 5 minute phone call to a dealer mentioned here, my quote is now $72,094 which works out to a savings of $8,326 (10.4%). That's before the $1,000 BMWCCA rebate.

I felt bad calling another dealer because the first dealer had spent quite a bit of time with me, but I don't feel so bad anymore.

Someone in this forum listed BMW of Springfield in NJ as the dealer offered 11% discount before incentives and I was able to replicate it. Just emailed one their sales folks and his first reply was they accept my offer of $62,300 on a $70,130 msrp build plus applicable BMW incentives.

That was me who had 11%. I listed here so others can be aware of the deal and if they are able to take advantage of it.

Brynt is very nice guy and I know for sometime. If you are in market you should get a quote.

Just to add that I do not make any money by referring him (after giving 11% i don't think they have any margin left ).

Thanks. I am in TX and have a contract with relatively one of the better dealers here locally. My deal posted (5.75% plus incentives) is not that great as you guys over @ NJ ! Yes, healthy envy here

I think when we talk about these discounts (dealer discount) plus incentives and rebates we should also mention what the dealer doc fee is. I know in some states it is $700 or $800 (roughly 1% of the sale price) where as in others (California for example) it is $80. Also it is important to list if a trade is involved since that can muck up what the real discount is. Just a suggestion so that we compare apples to apples more or less.
