Looks good as usual. Can you still torque the 105 ft/lbs recommended by BMW ? |

Yes, absolutely, this is what I did, unless u want to use anti-seize provided, in that case u would need to adjust torque by the chart which is 90 ft/lbs, I opted out of this. and another cool pic for u guys

I almost bought a set of Raceseng lugs (didn't want studs) but I've always had this worry that they wouldn't be as reliable as the oem steel lugs. Not sure the bling factor is worth the risk (if there is any).

I probably wouldn't buy other set of lugs, don't see the point, yes they are titanium but the difference not that big. As far as reliability of studs, they been proved reliable (all year around) well I haven't driven much with this set yet but I had MRG set before (also titanium) and they were great. For me its more for esthetics as I only change my wheels twice a year this is another mod on my list which I drawn to

I decided to update my own build post with latest software update 03/2022.65 I installed this week.
here's the separate thread about it: https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1939048 basically I don't see noticeable improvements while driving, even though some ppl say they do. also update wiped out 90% of bimmercode coding (as expected), below the options which were wiped out and added back: Default driving mode: Adaptive - wiped out (back to Comfort) - added back Auto Start Stop function: Disable - intact Warning at start-up: Disable - wiped out - added back Seat belt reminder: Disable - wiped out - added back One-touch turn signal 5 times - intact Video in motion - didn't check, didn't use - left it disabled (I think) Welcome Light in darkness only: Enable - not sure, it was dark out - added back Automatic mirror tilt value: 50% - wiped out - added back with 80% iDrive - Start animation - ///M - wiped out - added back iDrive - Volume popup - Disable - wiped out - added back Instrument cluster - Layout - Alpina, Alpina logo - Removed - wiped out - added back as ppl mentioned there is a newer version already: 03/22.71 but it hasn't landed yet. not to bore you here couple more pics for u guys have a great weekend u all

Hi everyone, after 4 years of absence I decided to make a trip to Mpact at Pocono Raceway in PA, which is 300 miles, 4.5 hours away from my home.
This time I made the trip there and back in one day, left at 4am to be at the gates by 9:30am and after about 5 hours of fun started driving back. The trip took about 9 hours (600 miles), it was a good test to my 6 month old car that hasn't been driven more than a 100 miles trip(s) before (also I'm leaving for Baltimore next weekend which is twice the distance, but that gonna be 4 days trip) it was a good test Car feels solid on long trips, the only issue is I always have to watch my speed as I can't feel it at all massage seats were very useful on my way back Few pictures from the event: washing the car before the trip on Friday afternoon: in line at the gates: the pass: one of the gates: few line ups: DINAN F95 project: not only BMW: out of this world HRE wheels on my friend's Wil Gatoferoz25 M3 F80 Wil and I at one of the Pocono gates: my copilot us again: Hope you enjoyed it, until next time

Such a stunning X5! Your build is very well done and thought out.
I think my favs from the shoot are the last pic in part 4 and the second pic in part 5. Your wheels are amazing!

hi guys, hope everyone doing great!
ever since I bought a new car I wanted to order a set of new custom eco mats to match my interior and be a little different. I have had eco mats in my E70 X5M for few years and loved them. Unfortunately I couldn't order mats this time around from the same company I ordered last time (due to world crises and much higher prices) but I found company in NY (f1mats) who manufactures these mats in Dubai, after some shipping issues (as always - lately) they made it here. little wrinkled out of the box: until next time

new custom Carismo steering wheel installed plus Autotechnic competition paddles from r33_RGSport thank you Ben!
Flat top and bottom leather, perforated leather on the sides, blue strip at 12 o'clock, heated M stripe and Autotechnic competition paddles couple of pictures when work was completed, it took them 4 month to get it done but I'm satisfied with the result side note: installed 15 degree wedge to ProClip cellphone mount, much better viewing angle now and another one: after reconnecting the battery the keyless entry started to work again, it hasn't been working for last couple of months since I added Digital Key to my phone, I didn't have to hard reset the iDrive, disconnecting the battery was enough! Thank you all for reading, until next time
