My 2022 X5M Comp should be in soon. BMW West at MSRP. BMW North is be at MSRP. Also, if you get an build it will most likely be a 2023

Thank you. Found one coming at a dealer in Austin. Might go for that. Still undecided about replacing my Durango Hellcat .

I had a Trackhawk, and the X5 MC is worthy replacement. It’s not as angry and raucas on the daily, but superior IMHO in every way.

Out of curiosity, what was the discount % you would have purchased for?

That's awesome. So far most of the dealer that I have spoken to are willing to do MSRP but that's about it. No discount whatsoever. Some are even charging for add-ons like Tints and Nitrogen in tires 🙄

I never managed to get that discount though so I did not get an X5M.

I was not in a hurry so I just kept on waiting. I am still waiting, something will come. The economy doesn't seem to be doing so well so this so called demand will start to go away.

It is just a matter of time until all of these stealers will realize that the glory days of asking over MSRP are gone.

Dang! I was about to say. I got mine at 2.5% discount and felt like I truly raped them haha.

I almost got a manual ct5-v Blackwing on Monday at MSRP and the internet manager added $25k after I negotiated the price with the salesman. Needless to say, I told them not even a cent over MSRP and that we can talk in December.

The fact is that not many folks are buying cars now, dealers are building inventory, you can order a car from any dealer and have it delivered these days, not many folks love cars enough to buy a gas guzzler right now, manufacturers have started to offer discounts and will likely soon start addressing price-gouging because it is hurting their sales numbers.

The domestic military incentive does not stack with the corporate discount.

Where did you find a CT5-BW in stock, let alone a manual? I have one on order since August last year and I finally got a TPW, which has already been delayed multiple times and that's why I started looking at other options.

I have a friend same situation as you, he just let his allocation go last week because the sales manager called him and said it is not a guarantee they will fill that order any longer. Gave no reason just let him know, they gave back his deposit already even before he called to let it go. Such a bummer that would be a fun ride as well.

It sucks for sure. I don't know how people's experience have been with ordering a BMW but ordering a Cadillac has been horrible. I ordered in August and it just sat there. Finally in March dealer told me that if I want to get my order accepted, I need to remove Carbon fiber packages from the order. After I did that, order got accepted and now it's been waiting to be build. My TPW has already moved twice but currently sitting at 6/20 so I'm hoping that it goes through this time.
Though even if it is built, there could be a shipping delay as many cars have been sitting in the yard for months waiting for transportation.

There is one in New Orleans Cadillac. But honestly, it is not worth the extra $25k plus all the extra crap they are making you buy. I am ordering a Camaro Zl1 1LE at MSRP and calling it a day until the market goes back to normal and can buy a GT3 or a Blackwing at MSRP or under like I have bought all my previous cars.

Keep in mind that some dealers do not move volume and allocations are based on volume. On top of that, some of the carbon fiber options are under constraint. So, you may have been affected by both. Some dealers order the cars and as soon as it is in transit, it publishes in GM's site. Some of the cars are already spoken for or are custom order (which I think it is dumb), but it does work in making people call the dealer.

If you are at TPW, you are close. If you got the car at MSRP, just wait it out. If you paid a small deposit but paid a market adjustment, I would drop it and wait.

Also, keep in mind that your car will go in as a 2023 order and you will pay additional ~$9k from the get-go as that is the price increase for 2023. That is insane in my opinion.

Ya, my TPW is next week so I'm hopeful but after waiting for almost year and driving Durango Hellcat for last few months I'm getting more attracted to performance SUVs than I ever was . So will see what I do once it arrives.

And again I am shopping for an X5M since my lease will expire in January and I need to get something else.

BMW of Bellevue in WA has 8 X5Ms in stock and another 6 in transit. I think I inquired with them but I did not get any response. Does anyone have any experience with them?

They can be difficult. Bellevue is an Autonation dealer. I have purchased several vehicles from them and always a fight. Since the Pandemic they have been MSRP on everything normal, though not sure if that is changing because there are a ton of X5M's available most everywhere.

There are so many X5Ms... last week I was seeing 142 in the whole US on cars.com. But still they don't want to budge, still living in fantasy.

Very soon the market will crash in Europe, let's see where BMW will sell them after.
