There are 312 new X5M's listed on Kilter. Thats more than I have ever seen pre-pandemic. Try BMW of Wichita, closer to Houston than Bellevue, they have dealt in the past. May not have any in stock but they could build one for you.

On cars.com I have just seen 166 X5Ms right now in the whole US. But still some dealers won't budge. As an example, for one that had 1,400 miles on board they were offering 4% off. An executive drove it and now they want to sell it as new.

Still these dealers are living in a fantasy world.

@edit: I tried BMW of Wichita last year, they were selling at MSRP.

They are very difficult. I just got an AutoNation Price from them of $126,625 for a 2022 X5M with a MSRP of 120,595.

I will contact BMW of Wichita following your suggestion (I hope you are talking about the one from Kansas) in a few minutes to see what I can get from them.

I think you are more likely living in fantasy....you have been looking forever it seems for one under MSRP and haven't found one still. Just saying, you are going to be waiting awhile.....their fantasy is the reality right now.

I guess you did not pay attention to the posts from this topic, I did find more under MSRP, not only one, but I just did not want to pull the trigger.

In my current searches from this week, I found a 4% off with a must finance through them that had a +1% increased finance rate. Also a $2k off MSRP with no other marked up stuff. And these two (2) are the only ones that come through my mind at this time before going to sleep.
