Looking for the 45e. Getting MSRP without any incentives such as loyalty. I have a 2020 X40i currently on lease. Ends in 10/22. Buyout is $43,000. Might have to buy it out and trade it in. But no allocations till end of year per dealer in Maryland. I'll take MSRP if they give me $50k+ on my trade in.

I recently placed an order for a 2023 X5 45e and there was no mention of any mandatory add-ons. From the reviews I have read that is not the way they operate. I did have to put down a $2500 deposit. They did not have any immediate allocations, and there are more than 40 ahead of me on the list for a X5 45e. Ordering experience was great overall.

Delivery time is estimated at 7 to 9 months, which does seem like longer than what I have heard at other dealerships. However they were clear that they didn't want to over-promise and under deliver.

I wanted to get the car this year, so I could take advantage of the tax credit for year 2022. Since that doesn't seem possible, I will be happy to get it sometime early next year. I wouldn't want it to go into the 2nd half of the year because I would be worried that BMW might start to go into the Federal EV tax credit phase out.

I just put an order in for a 45e with $1000 deposit. I believe there are 2 buyers in front of me but SA believe it will go into production in Sept and delivery late Sept or early Oct. I pay MSRP.

BMW of South Austin will order any model for MSRP. No hassle.

Victor Pitts is a good guy to work with. He actually responds to messages! They are pretty large, so should have allocations for most. I do know the M3/4 are backed up, so those will take a bit. I should get my 2023 X5 M50i in 6 to 8 weeks or so and I ordered tonight.

Hi folks -

I just got in line for a pretty loaded 45e. I was told MSRP and a 6+ month wait. Of course I'd love a discount, but at this point I'd love even more to be able to pick up a car sooner. My wife's ride is shot.

I guess I don't have the requisite posts for DMs, but if someone knows anything I'd be so grateful.

Email is (remove dashes) be-na-rm@gmail.com.

Thanks!

I would look at another dealer, sounds like they barely get any allocations. Look out of state if anything... Every dealer I have talked to are 2-4 months except for the ones that are in small markets. 6+ Months in the US is pretty slow.

The best source for leasing information (MFs, RVs, incentives by location, etc.) is the Edmunds forum.

Question on Loyalty rebate. I placed my order for a '22 45e in May. Loyalty at that time was 1000. My order did not get the allocation for a '22 build, I instead received an allocation for a '23 build that is now pushed to week 35. Given the change in model year will BMW honor the 1K loyalty rebate or will they only give me the $750? $250 is nothing material that will change the order but just curious on how it works.

When you fill out the credit app that should lock your rate and the incentives. However since you didn't have an order to go with that, you didn't have an allocation, it is unlikely that you will be able to get the $1k. Give it a shot though, maybe the dealer will kick in the extra $250.

This could have been lowered by additional MSDs as well, did not put any.

Applied for BMW CCA, will be getting $1000 back also in the mail.

Things *may* be changing in the next few months. BMW warned Wall Street this week that they saw things slowing down. They were talking about free cash flow. Hard to say what part of the world was most impacted, but maybe we will see supply start to outrun demand.

That is the Domestic Military Incentive and it does apply to the 23's.

But all Hendricks stores tack on a mandatory $1K for tinting the front windows, putting nitrogen in the tires and putting PPF doors guards on the vehicles.

Just picked up my new X5 M50i today. This was a factory order and was 130 days from start to arrival at the dealer in the Bay Area, CA. I was quoted $3K over invoice when I placed the deposit and it was honored without any issues. It works out to 3.13% off MSRP. I could be very wrong, but, think it is a relatively good deal in this market. Other dealers held firm on MSRP or above.

Hi guys! I am new to the forums. Thank you for all of your help.
I am looking at 2023 X5 40i MSport Pack with an MSRP of $77805

Dealer first shot said they will take off 3%($2334) Plus taxes and tags. Trading my 2020 Grand Cherokee which they gave me a fair trade-in value.

Thank you!!

Hi Everyone - I haven't been on the forum in quite some time. I hope you're all doing well!

My X6 M50i lease is expiring in November and I'm trying to determine if I'm getting a good deal on a proposed new X5 M50i. Here's the info:

My current 2020 X6 M50:
Original sticker: $89,195
36/12K lease. 29,000 miles on the car
Lease buyout amount today: $52,675
The dealer is offering me $72,000 for this car.

New 2023 X5 M50:
Sticker: $102,995
The dealer won't take anything off the sticker.
Standard 51% residual, 0.00190 MF
$1,500 loyalty rebate.

Can you all tell me if this is a decent deal?

Thanks in advance!

MSRP is pretty much standard so that is fine and they are giving you the base MF which many don't. Rarely get that much over residual so that is good.

I would suggest getting the $19,325 in cash, less any fees that need to be paid, versus putting it down on the lease. No sense in risking that money. You could though put some of it towards max MSDs to lower the MF a bit.

Thank you for your valuable input - you probably don't remember but you helped me with my last lease and I really appreciate it! Looks like I'm leasing a fancy new car tomorrow!
