tuning box, you will have the option to change between 5 settings, A-E. Adjusting the settings on the box will look as follows: A: 469hp/705Nm B: 479hp/710Nm C: 487hp/720Nm D: 501hp/739Nm E: 510hp/750Nm (B58 - 45e) |

I installed the kit 2 days ago, it is really plug and play, nothing special. Only problem was with the boost sensor plug, the original. I was strugling with it for an hour to disconnect. That plastic had some issue.
I made a test drive, it is different for sure. On Bluespark module I changed the settings to A, so to the weakest. It is enough for now. It would be good to test it on a dyno. Now I can only feel the torque change, and this modification is really significant at lower RPM. So for this price this is a bargain. |

I just picked up a used '21 45e a week ago. Looking forward to adding one of these piggyback boosts and perhaps an intake down the line. These cars are so quiet I'm not even sure if I want to do the intake or not, any observations?
I did/do have a 530E that I added a Racechip piggyback to ... don't know if it's related but I did have some transmission issues down the road and was replaced under warranty, a shifting hesitation when transitioning from electric to gas. Hopefully unrelated to the mod and just a fluke (I had read about someone else with the same transmission issue who didn't report having added a boost mod). |

I have the JB Plus https://burgertuning.com/collections/x1-x2-x3-x4-x5-x6/products/b38-b46-b48-b58-bmw-jb-plus-tuner and the associated intake along with the mission tuning range extender - really enjoying that combo for not much $ and can surely feel the difference in power and throttle response and getting about 65-70mi in the warmer weather
