All is good again.
Dealer swapped the following parts: Waterpump Thermostat Belt Tension pulley Noise and gone and engine seems to idle smoother. They also did the brake fluid flush along with engine and rear diff oil swap while they had it. Alan

Sorry don't have the video anymore but it sounded a little like if you had a balloon leaking air out of a small pin hole rapidly under water.
