I ordered my M60i on 11/18, and MyBMW still says "Scheduled for Production". Curious as to why my build is moving slower than others...

I ordered 11/09 and got a build date of 12/02, As i understand it depends on the allocation slot your dealer got, the status changes to 150 about 2 weeks before your actual build date. Either check with your dealer and get the when the allocation slot was or you can call the Genius line and they give you a week.

Do you have allocation number? If so, call the genius line to get production week.

You don't need to ask the same question in multiple threads.

Called genuius and did the F12 thing. I’m a week 50 build and still says 112 after a week and a half since placing the order. I have an M60i, so maybe that has something to do with it. Seems like others who ordered around the same time or after me have already gone into production. ☹️

That is not how it works. Everything depends on the build week associated with the allocation, not when the order is placed. You will go into 150 about two weeks prior to your build date. We are only half way through week 48 so you have some time yet.

I'm going thru the BMW Mil Sales in Italy so I can not track via Geniouse nor the app or anything. However I was scheduled for production for 12/02 week 49, but now when I enter my VIN in the MDECODER it says production day was 11/26! seems it got built ahead of schedule... now the wait for it to make it to Italy. Anyone know what or how I could figure if and when or in what vessel it ships? or if there is any other way for my to find the status other than bugging the SA?

I got an update from Genius saying my BMW is currently on a train and would arrive at the VPC on 12/25. Does anyone know how long it takes from the VPC to the dealer? My dealer is near Seattle (Lynwood)

Spartanburg vehicles do not go to a VPC. It will go to a rail yard to get unloaded and wait for a truck for delivery. Usually a week or so but depends on carrier availability.
