Is this on a carbon black? I get my car tomorrow and I was thinking of going the IND way with the carbon black color on the grills instead of the black. Thoughts? In the future I plan on getting black wheels so maybe makes sense to get the eBay one then? Is it black painted over chrome like IND does or actual black color from the get go?

carbon black with a glossy black grill from IND (OEM part painted by them) reflectors are also body colored. see my review linked via my signature for more pics

Just ordered the eBay one - should be getting here in 10 days or so. I have the Carbon Black so excited to get going with the murdered look. Front and rear reflectors ordered from IND, black X5 badge and 40 badges ordered from eBay as well as screen protectors for the iDrive screen and dash screen from amazon....can't get myself to pull the trigger on the shadowline exhaust tips from Schmeidman or IND - priceyyy and don't want to deal with the DIY time just yet.

Ordered the OBD MX+ adapter to start coding with bimmercode as soon as I get the car. clearly you can tell that I am not excited about taking delivery of my car hahaha. Will post a picture once everything is installed.

Well I don't live in rural Victoria, although I'm certainly close to the edge.

These photos were taken in the south-west ranges, a 2 hour drive from home. Out here, there is some good spots to test sport mode. 100 kmh twisting turns and hills. On the highway for 1.5 hours straight, the steering assistant is the greatest feature I've ever experienced. So helpful.

I have ivory white too.Do you have any problems with trusers leaving paint on it.
Is there any protection or something like that?
