according to the fitment calculator, these fit a MY22 M50i. (did you not plug in your vehicle info where it asked?)

I'm assuming you're getting the 9" width for square setup? you have a choice of two offsets.

Hi yes I did put in the vehicle and it says it fits, but Im not sure if there are multiple size brake calipers on the M50i and maybe larger size affects this?

Yes 9" square set up

I ran into an issue once trying to order forged wheels, but it kept saying they wouldn't fit. this confused me because they were on another guy's X5. when I called, the tech asked if I had M Sport brakes which I did. Then he said to check the other guy's photo again if he had M Sport which he did not. Now I understood why the fitment guide said the wheels wouldn't fit on mine.

my point: if the fitment guide says they'll fit, then very likely they'll fit because they typically consider brake caliper clearance as well

M50 only has only has one size brake caliper, already comes with the larger Msport brakes.
