For those in California additional $1500 on X5 45e with no income limits

New program just announced here and it looks like no income limits:

https://cleanfuelreward.com/

Here are the eligible vehicles:

https://cleanfuelreward.com/find-you...-electric-cars

Here is the current list of dealers:

https://cleanfuelreward.com/find-you...ic-car-dealers

My BMW dealer is not on the list since the program was just announced today- but noticed their sister AutoNation dealer is on the list.

Will contact my dealer tomorrow as my X5 45e order should be arriving at the Richmond CA VPC by rail tomorrow.

Nice surprise.

The last thing CA needs to encourage is something that will contribute to their widespread fires.

Are you referring to the previous recall on BMW plug in hybrids?

Btw now that they are delivering new hybrids - assuming that has been resolved for new vehicles.

Yes it was a jab at the recalls - slightly sarcastic. Hopefully they fixed the issues with the debris getting into the battery and causing fires.

Nice find. Too bad it doesn't apply to recent (two weeks ago) purchases.
