scotchy, I'm looking at your tile floor and would like to know how hard is that to keep clean? How do you clean the fluids that drip through it or how do you sweep it without stuff going down through the openings?

Marty I've had it about 6 months and I'm pretty happy with it. Rain falls off the car and goes straight down so there's no puddles in the garage (mine slopes a bit to one side and there was always a lot of wet areas) It drains out the front of the garage the same as normal.

I hose it off and mop it once a week. Don't need to but I like it clean and am often in there without shoes. I've not swept it ever, just hosed it. I imagine over time dirt would accumulate. Individual tiles can be pulled up if needed to clean. I did have some sawdust and metal shavings get spilled in there when getting some work done and was able to vacuum it with a shop vac without having to lift any tiles.
