Quick Update: Wanted the MY24, but when reviewing and seeing MY24 does have lane change by eye decided to give my rep a shout to see if I could get a MY25 allocation. Currently there are no allocations, but he's adding my build to the order bank and I will be the first one to get an allocation once one is available. Updated build:

Congratulations on your soon to be order but you got some bad information. There is no difference in DAP between MY24 and MY25 other than lane change confirmation by eye.

Correct, going down a rabbit hole on websites and youtube, but yes, I really wanted the MY25 because of the lane change by eye. Hopefully I can get an allocation soon. Thanks for the help.

Nice build! I have a 2025 sDrive 40i on order and as of this morning its moved up one and now shows scheduled for production. Hopefully yours will show the same.

I been still tracking the MY24 that I had previously ordered, looks like it went from Production Begins to Entering Assembly Line.

In the meantime, still waiting on an allocation for my MY25, hopefully it comes soon.

The MY24 went to Dispatched from factory a few minutes ago. Just thinking should I get this one or wait until the MY25 allocation becomes available.

I have a 2019 and have not experienced any annoying hesitation ad don't recall anyone mentioning it being a problem. She should test drove one and see what she thinks.

Quick Update: The MY24 arrived at the dealership on yesterday. Advisor reached out to me to see if I still wanted the vehicle or if I wanted to wait. I told him I still wanted to wait on a MY25. He mentioned they had two allocations that went to other customers and it would be a 1 or 2 months before another allocation came through for MY25. So I decided to check around the DMV to see who had allocations for Week15 and Week 16 for MY25, sure enough there was several dealers who did. Reached out to the dealerships and he was able to get me a production number and Week 16 build.

On the bright side, the new advisor I am working with informed me about the incentive through Navy Federal. I didn't even think I qualified, but surely enough, I did. Lastly, the advisor gave me 8% off of the MSRP.

Just for clarity, there is no Navy Federal Incentive. That is the standard BMW Domestic Military incentive and Navy Federal is a partner since one of the ways to qualify for the incentive is to be an NFCU member for at least 60 days.

Yes, mine is a 2024 model. Status changed to Entering assembly line today.
