Military Incentive as USAA Member

Has anyone been able to perform the ID.me verification strictly as a USAA member?

The website states: "The BMW Military Incentive is available to active duty, retired, reserve, veteran military personnel, or USAA member and their immediate families in the United States."

When I attempt to verify via USAA member status it's not available. If I attempt to verify as an immediate family member it asks for documentation we no longer have readily available.

Thanks.

I haven't tried, but you can request the needed documentation. You will likely need to obtain form DD 214 which you can get from the national archives.

Probably best to contact ID.me and explain the situation. I think they used to have a selection for USAA member. As far as I know, being one still is a qualifier for the incentive.

TrueCar and the BMW site both use ID.me to verify eligibility. Navy Federal's TrueCar site uses Plaid to verify the NFCU login credentials.
