I know people are passionate on this forum, but people seriously still hand wash their cars? I can't even imagine having the time to do that.
Rinseless wash every 1-2 weeks. Having a coating on the body and wheels helps the car stay cleaner between washings. Takes less than a half hour each wash.
My current car isn't ceramic coated, if it was the process would be easier. I use the two bucket method with a rinseless wash. Once I get my X5 (it will be ceramic coated with PPF on the front) I'll likely go that road. Of course I need a good filtration system since our water has a very high TDS

Optimum (NR2010Q) No Rinse Wash & Shine - 32 oz. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00D8DR0AO..._ZoVmCbNQ41C02

What I use every couple weeks. Takes 35 minutes. Amazing stuff and super easy to use especially after a ceramic coating (I got opticoat).

+1 for Optimum no-rinse for a quick clean up when it's too cold to hand wash. It's also a good lubricant if you at clay baring your paint.

Same stuff I use, works great year round and leaves the car looking factory fresh

Welcome to the wonderful world of black car maintenance woes. The scratches in the image above are from your dealer's prep center or the automated car washes you use. The only way to remove those are through paint correction and then sealant but if you continue to use the car wash or get the free washes from the dealer you're wasting your time.
