Rear Spacers - BBS CH-R
I'm thinking of pushing the rears out a little bit but would really want to avoid rolling fenders if possible. Currently running 19x9.5 +35 with 265/30/19's. Would I be ok with 10mm spacers?

Depending on your ride height, you might have to roll slightly to give it some room. If you don't want to roll then add some camber and let it rub until it stops.

Thanks guys. I am just going to order a set and test fit them. I don't know why I'm so anti fender rolling. I will just bite the bullet if I have to.

Measure your gap, and get the spacers you need.

This has been very helpful. I have the same wheel as you and have 5mm spacers but am not happy with the look. Waiting for my 10mm ones to arrive and then im dropping it on KW coils. Have you spaced your fronts. I have 8.5 +32 on the front and wondered about putting the 5mm ones I will have spare on the front? Also did you get rubbing??? Thanks Jim

I have the exact same wheels on my E90 sedan and had the same issue with the rears looking a bit lost. I have put a set of 10mm H&R spacers on the rear now as well and it looks so much better. Just need a drop now. My tyre specs as slightly different with 225/35/19 on the front and 255/30/19 on the rear as I want it lowered right down. No rubbing as it stands. Wheels as the same as above 8.5 et32 front and 9.5 et35 rear with 10mm spacers making it et25. Hope that helps anyone else using this for reference.

I actually haven't tried driving around with the spacers yet. I just test fitted one of them to see what kind of clearance I would have. I will put them both on the rear this weekend to see what kind of rubbing I will be looking at. |

Did you guys with the 10mm spacers get hub extenders? ... keep reading how 10mm doesn't work real well with our hubs as there isn't much for the wheel to sit on.
Cars look great! Any fender rolling or cutting?

All this spacer talk today got me going. I went out to the garage this evening and decided to put them on and drive around to see if I would rub. I instantly noticed that the left rear seemed to fit perfectly flush with the fender where the right rear seemed to be tucked in a few mm still.
I got under the car to look at the tire wear and the inside of the right tire was noticeably more worn than the rest of the tire where the left tire seemed to be evenly worn. There is too much negative camber on the right rear tire so all of the photos I will share are of the "proper" fitment. I also took one shot of the wheel that is out of alignment so you can see the difference. I did hear some rubbing when coming down over a speed bump and other decent sized bumps. I sure hope this doesn't damage the paint. I am going to try to get my fenders rolled next week. Also, should I use the same torque specs with spacers as I would without?
