Option to start car from app

Hi the option to start my M50i from the Connected app disappeared! did something change ?

Maybe your setting reverted to off. Check it in the climate control settings in the car. Mine still shows.

It happened to me this week as well. Had to go to the connected drive website and check the box next to "enable remote services" which had become unchecked. Very weird.

When I was updated from 11/2019.55 to 03/2020.58, I had to go back into the settings within my X6 and check the box to allow the engine to be started for pre-conditioning. Once I did that, all was normal again and the option to start the vehicle showed up in the BMW Connected App...

don't want to hijack but clicked my app today (iphone) and I see the BMW logo for a few seconds and then it just goes back to my iphone home screen.

It did work when i first got the car but haven't used it for a few months.
