Depending on your area that may be a decent deal, in others a poor one. For example, if you were in Washington that would be a better than average deal. If you were in the NorthEast or California you are probably 4% or so below average during normal times. With COVID it seems like the discounts have dropped considerably in many areas. To get a good comparison it would probably be best to post your location and hopefully others who have gotten quotes lately can chime in.

Anyone know if there's lease cash in the US for the 45e? I know the RV is 54% at 12k like the 40i, but don't know if BMW is kicking in any cash yet.

Fro what I have seen there is no lease cash available but to make sure check out the Edmunds lease forum. They can give you the information relevant to your location since incentives can be regional.
Looks like they don't have a thread for the 45e yet so you may need to start one for the question.

Question X6 M50i Current Lease Info

Does the July 2020 lease info you posted on the X5 also apply to the X6? I am considering the X6 M50i. Would appreciate any insight on residual, money factor, rebates, trunk money, etc... Thank You!

I think the best source for lease information is Edmunds, they will give you the information specific to your location since incentives can be regional.

If I'm reading this correctly you're effectively getting a less than 2% pre-incentive discount which is very low. I'm not sure about the discounts specific to the Dallas market but most people that have gotten "good" deals have been able to get anywhere between 8-12% off before incentives.

You may have to involve multiple dealers if this one doesn't budge.

Hello!

I am a long time BMW owner, but have always leased. I took a new job and will be driving a lot more.

I am going to be purchasing a X5 45e, and I was hoping people had suggestions for dealerships with the best discounts and prices. I always leased from NY dealers and had the car shipped, but I want the best price since I will purchase. Does any one have recommendations?

I would propose you use a broker... they can do both purchase and lease deals. Mine has a great sense of which dealers around the country are really hungry to move vehicles. Mine found my M850i FE in Houston and my M50i is coming from a Tulsa dealer.

Out of curiosity, does the original dealer do all the new car PDI and the vehicle delivered directly to you ready to go or does it come to your local dealer do a courtesy delivery?

I just ordered my 2021 M50i thought a broker. My first time. So far absolutely painless. My car gets delivered to original dealer in North East and then I ship it from there to Utah. Broker helped with that as well. The discount and lack of hassle was worth it...totally.

Do you have a recommendation for a broker? I've never tried, but thought about it before...

I consider myself a really good negotiator and been elated with my last two deals. Brokers structure their fees from differently. Lots of great info on leasehakr website.
