I will wait to hear what you hear. I dumped my last vehicle on coils, but I just don't think I want to go down that road again. I like the adjustable dampers on the M50i, so I really just want a little more cosmetic drop.

Yep, I'm in the same boat. I'm going springs and no more. Waiting to see what H&R comes out with.

I'd be willing to give the Eibachs a shot but not sure if a .8-1 inch drop would be that noticeable

I just ordered AC Schnitzer springs for my M50i so those are also available if you don’t want coil overs.

ACS builds great products. Just the price is hard to get over. Let us know how you like them!

Yes the price is crazy but it least it includes tax and shipping.

Solid point, did not know that. What's the spring rate and drop? Just shy of 1" if I remember correctly?

Does ACS factor in springs for cars with rear wheel steering or does it not matter?

They don’t publish the spring rates, but yes the drop is about an inch.

Yeah Assumed spring rate was proprietary. Thanks for the info.

It would appear that due to the delays associated with Covid 19, MSS won't have something for us with adaptive M suspension until the fall (mid September-ish). Still waiting to hear back from H&R
MSS is still developing for F15/F16 Chassis.
I have told them to skip that generation since there are many options already.

So much I can do unfortunately.

It is rebranded Eibach. At 4x the price since they have reshuffle the deck for US distribution.

STILL working on F15/F16 chassis!? That's lunacy. The G05 has been out for 1.5 years now.

They are going to work on it though.

Very true. I can on the other hand appreciate that MSS is taking their time on R&D. I plan on ordering and installing the Eibachs (for now) until a better offering from H&R or MSS hits the market. At this point, looks like just a waiting game. Wish the G05 platform got more love, must be nice searching for aftermarket support as an F97 owner

It susprises me that manufactures are not as quick on G05 chassis as on F15 chassis.
When I had my F15, it literally took less than a year to have some mods available.
H&R had lowering spring first before others came along.

Maybe they are waiting for me to pick one up and start bugging them daily,

It’s my understanding that Eibach makes springs for ACS but they are made to ACS own specifications, and means they should have different ratings.

The more I understand the way ACS work as a company, the less I believe that they have their own spring rate.
The more I think that their spring is an overpriced Eibach spring with different color and ACS logo on it.

Good news guys; Just received word from H&R that they should have springs hitting the market for the G05 within the next 4-6 weeks.

You have air suspension then, correct?

Us M50i guys with M Adaptive have springs on all 4 corners.

Ouuuu now I get it! Wondering why that difference 🤔. Guess has to do with the price. The M50i cost here 150k+
