Hi guys.

This is the first time that I ordered a new car. Located in Canada.
The picture is what I requested from my dealer for my order status.

I have two questions:

1. I paid the deposite on Nov.2023. But why the Status/Date shows 111/08.12.2023. I mean how could this preceding in time of my order(deposite).

2. Conf.Prod.Week 09/02/2024. Is this means the date that the car start of manufacturing?
Because today, I stopped by my sales and he said this do not have any relation with when you paid the deposite. This is just shows your building week(frame) is week 9. Start from Jan/1/2024. So, my actual building date will approximately end of this Feb. Is this make sence? Or, I actully should follow the Conf.Prod.Week?

They use European dates so that is December 8th. Your production is as was explained, week 9 which is Feb 26 - Mar 3.

Much appreciation! Cuz this is my first time order and I have some questions do not understand that's why I want to ask our experienced families
