Total MSRP $85,025
- 5% MSRP off or $4,300
-$1,000 loyalty
-$2,000 finance credit
=$77,725 Selling Price

In addition, the money factor equals 4.36% interest rate.

There are many deals shown in this thread in the 6% off MSRP plus $3000 in incentives ( loyalty and finance). So, this is a good deal but not something that should cause a CA to have to change their britches.
You are correct: no finance credit on a lease deal.

Just picked up Mineral White. I have a 2016 X5M already but my wife was driving a QX80 and we didn't need the full size SUV anymore.

So I picked up a dealer inventory Mineral White 40i loaded up pretty good.
MSRP was $76,930
Price after discounts and rebates $70,889.90. Tint and mats included.
Plus I get $1000 rebate from BMW CCA
I had a trade to work in the deal as well and came out pretty good on that. If not I would've worked for more off the new vehicle price.
2.89% financing

Very happy with this vehicle. It has so many more features than my M! lol..

It has the 741M wheels on it which are gorgeous.

Picked up a Mineral White with Convenience Package, Driving Assistance Plus, Luxury Seating, Parking Assistance, Executive Package, Premium Package 2, Running Board and HK for 6% off MSRP with $2,000 financing rebate and $1,000 loyalty rebate. I also completed the CCA application for the $1,000 rebate. I spoke with 4 different Houston dealerships and none were willing to move $1,000 off MSRP and then add the rebates. This board provided me with the tools to negotiate a fair deal. I felt like I could have negotiated an even better deal but at some point my time trying to work out a better deal would have been better spent doing something else. I was going to go with Passport BMW and have it delivered at a local dealership but one local dealer was willing to match the deal.

How does it drive compared to your M? I'm mainly curious about the Dynamics, power, feel, acceleration and actual car stuff for lack of better words

Momentum BMW Southwest. Their "sister" dealer in Katy would not match the deal which was odd.

It actually compares really well, I got the dhp, so handling is very similar, acceleration is great but I can tell it's not an M, sound is quieter of course. Overall, I'm very impressed, was very worried that going to a non M vehicle was going to be a letdown, but honestly no regrets so far, specially with all the new tech. Seats on the new car are much better

BMW West - The Katy location is bad. I found them very deceptive and rude.

I ordered from Momentum as well. Much better Sales team and willing to negotiate.

Thanks everyone for sharing your info! It allowed me to help my mom negotiate a fair/good offer for her car, but maybe not as fantastic as some of the ones I see here. Then again our CA returned without the 'manager' and without really fighting our offer too bad, so yes there was probably more on the table.

2019 X5 xDrive40i
MSRP w/ dest $76,970
Discount $3500 (4.6%)
APR Credit $2000

Total before tax: $71,470

P.S. we are doing Performance Center Delivery in SC.

humbucker87, I would not sweat it. Some paid more some paid less. At the end of day it is a fine automobile and I know you and your mother will enjoy it. What you paid will soon be forgotten. Cheers!

Hi! First post, figured I would ask what people think (Im currently in the process of doing a custom order):

Purchase Details

Retail Price:
$78,830.00

Sales Price:
$74,885.00

Rebate:
$3,000.00

I told the dealership I would sign the paperwork if he took 1% more off as I believe 6% is fair. Any thoughts?

My deal was 5.6% off MSRP plus an additional $3000 in incentives ($1K loyalty and $2k financing) plus $500 USAA voucher. I'll be adding another $1000 in savings via BMWCCA (thank you roadkillrob for the headsup on that).

"I will go to an invoice deal which is $73890, I hope that will work, a little over 6% I believe."

I'll also qualify for the $3000 incentives and hope to get $1000 more from joining the BMWCCA for 3 years.

So I was planning on leasing my X5, however now I'm realizing that I built it exactly how I want it. I could see myself keeping it 6 years so buying is a decent option.

My question for you guys is what's the best APR I can expect from BMW? My credit union is offering 3.5%.
