Maintenance Programs

I'm planning to keep mine for 4 years, considering the $1900 4 year plan, will probably be close to 50K miles before trading the car in or selling it, are the maintenance programs worth it? Looking at the maintenance book, there isn't anything major until 50-60K miles and not sure if it really adds up to the pre-paid amount. In the past with my X5 50i, we only replaced brake pads between 40K to 50K miles, I have never had to replace rotors, maybe that's different on the X5Ms?

20K microfilter replacement
30K Airfilter (possibly) + Spark Plugs
50K rear axel differential fluid
60K brake pads + rotors

Speaking for f86, MP covered all this before 50k:

-multiple sets of plugs
-front pads and rotors, rear pads (each rotor is appx 500 alone)
-xfer and rear diff fluids
-oil of course
-brake fluid every other oil change
-all the air filters

IMO The MP is a must have and well worth it. I think it was a near 3:1 value.
