24 X5 M60i - I smoked out the side lights, replaced the back badging with gloss black, added an OEM front splitter and ceramic coat.

I had a tint shop put tint on them. If it doesn’t hold up, I will have the shop that did the splitter install do painted ones.

With the help of another member here who helped me with the part numbers (see the front splitter thread in this area) I ordered online and had a local shop install. If you want this one, which is OEM, you can order from a dealer or online BMW parts place.

Looks great! I just had our 24 Brooklyn Grey X5 reflectors smoked as well. I took it back this morning and had them do the rear reflectors too. Now they match the shadowline tailights and look so much better. I've contemplated getting the IND painted reflectors, but the smoked lenses look really nice now.

I lived in CA for 3 1/2 years and never put a front plate on my 911. Never got caught. I hate drilling holes in the bumper of a performance vehicle.
