These are actually HRE FF10 design.
Available off the shelf but i wanted them wider and with more agressive offset, so i customed them in forged monoblocks as opposed to flow-formed.
Nice job, they look great

As you get the front of the car clean the back is dirty again….it never ends. My sapphire black is getting pummeled by salty air from the Atlantic Ocean right now. I wash it, next morning it's covered in salt again.

Upgraded interior on my M50i with this wheel. I did lose functionality of heated option and driver assist. I rarely used those options so it wasn’t a loss for me as it might be for others. The M sport wheel is definitely nice but I wanted something more sporty in my hands. Install took me 30 minutes but I’m sure I’ll be faster next time around.

CF/alcantara/M color stitching with stock surround bezel.

Looks good
Carismo in NY I assume, not sure if you bought ready to ship steering wheel or you waited for one to be made but I see few ppl. here on the forum who settled for no heat etc.,

When I wanted to order mine and I was told they don't typically make them with heating I wanted to walk away, (for ppl in FL, TX or CA and some other warmer climate states this is fine) but for me this isn't the option, I love heated steering wheel being in New England.

They told me they can make one with heating option but it will take longer and will be more expensive (we talking about couple hundreds more, not twice more)

so after 12 weeks my wheel is finally made, waiting for it to come in, hopefully in a week or so.

p.s. I went with leather/perforated leather + some small individualization, no carbon for me

Nice choice. I nearly went with perforated and wanted the same setup as my wife’s 2015 E350 sport (leather/perforated combo). Looking forward to seeing how yours turned out. Carismo, yes!

You lost the driver assist function? It looks like it was carried over to the new steering wheel?

Yes, buttons but no function as the module did not fit in the new wheel shroud.

thank you

wheel made by Carismo in NY check out carismo_design on Instagram

it took them about 4 months to make it but this one heated unlike many others they do

The final price to the door was about $1400

I did have to connect heater wires myself but it was easy to do

The Autotechnic shifter paddles are from r33_RGSport
I wanted to keep the silver trim and so I picked the silver paddles to match the wheel and the trim.

there are more photos in my own thread if you interested: https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...&postcount=154
