Hello,

I have tried several attempts to open the door and i tried to pry the door panel leaving 1/4 open to access the mechanical system but it wont work.

The door can unlock and lock as well single pull internal handle to unlock and 2nd pull wont open the door. Both outside and inside cannot open the door.

Please advice how to open the door as i have been trying.
