Difference in X5M vs M50i

Hi , just wondering what makes the X5M more powerful than the M50i
It's got the same torque, twin turbo, I wonder if it's just ecu tune?

To be short and sweet, (because I don't have a full break down list) here are the topics that is different.

Engine is not the same, they do not share the same parts.
Tune eng/tran
Drivetrain has different parts.
Suspension
Don't forget body panels
And cooler badges
interior parts
and I'm probably missing something.

My source; while in Munich and got to visit the engine facility they take you up close to show you the difference even though its a 4.4l the assembly line switches over to a different build of parts. While there I asked was that the deal with say an X3 M40i and was told that the M division does their tune. So example is a 50i and the M50i are basically twins other than a program.

From 2018 (prior gen) but not sure a lot has changed. X5M uses S63 engine and M50i uses N63.
