Pre-Delivery setup of Connected Services
I am taking delivery of my X5 in a few days.
Given all the firmware updates that have happened, any specific instructions should I give the dealer w.r.t correctly setting up Connected Drive, Electronic Sales agreement and other back-end software functions? Intent is to have dealer spend more time on this upfront, with the goal being to minimize the # of calls I have to make to BMW Genius to get the software side of things running smoothly. Sorry if this has been covered before and I missed it. Thanks. |

I think as long as they process the services agreement and get the vehicle assigned to your account it should be fine. They should go through setting up your profile in the vehicle and using your connected drive account to log into it.
