Today my 2022 X5's front camera got hit by some small stones, and the cover of the camera is damaged, the cover has few cracks on it. And when i use the camera, it can show me the front view , but with an unnormal picture. So the dealer told me that i have to pay for it by myself to replace a new front camera, but the price will be kind of high, so my question is can i buy the camera and replace it myself ? And if yes, how exactly i could do it .

Yes, you can purchase the camera and install it yourself.

Search is your friend, you can follow the front grille install guide by removing the grille and popping out the old camera and replacing with new - reconnecting.
