"If I ever happen to have an accident that eventually costs me my life, I hope it is in one go. I would not like to be in a wheelchair. I would not like to be in a hospital suffering from whatever injury it was. If I'm going to live, I want to live fully. Very intensely, because I am an intense person. It would ruin my life if I had to live partially."

I've seen it a few times now and I'll watch it every time it's bumped. Excellent piece.

great tribute!!

Been a fan of F1 for more than 20yrs., and never seen a driver like Senna since. The Turbo era in F1 was crazy , cars were 1500 lbs. with up to 1500hp!
Takes alot of balls to drive something like that on the very edge! NASCAR fans should take a look at this , so they can see real race cars being drive by real drivers! Driving around on a banked oval in traffic at 180 miles per hour is a joke!!!

^+100000000000000000000000000000 I cannot agree more.

Senna was simply the best of all time regardless of his numbers which still are impressive, just because he doesn't own every F1 record doesn't mean he was not the best,... although Schumacher does come second IMO.

The Benetton B186 churned out around 1500bhp... while weighing only 1210 lbs

Really? He might have the most titles, but he's not remotely close to having been the best driver IMO. And just look at him now . But we know opinions are like butt holes . Take care.

Does anyone know when the Senna film comes out that TG refered too? I agree that this Senna piece is one of TG's best bit of kit they have done.

Thanks.
