Broken Windshield In Loaner
I was always afraid of this - the 720 mile 2020 X5 loaner I was given when I took mine in for maintenance this week ended up with a broken windshield courtesy of a rock that came out of nowhere. I called my SA after it happened and I showed it to the loaner guy when I dropped it off. My X5 is a company owned vehicle and I gave them the contact info for our insurance person Despite all of this the loaner guy was a complete ass about the situation. This all resulted in them filing a $1,756 claim with our insurance carrier. Does this sound about right? It was a little more than I expected.

That sounds low, I think I remember someone else saying closer to 2500....
