we just had our X5 training car stop in today - 50xi trim with all the options - euro car so I couldn't take photos or I'm at risk of losing my job apparently. Nonetheless I am stoked for the new architecture that is going to be implemented on the future g chassis cars. You'll see the new iDrive 7 with very similar buttons that are in the X5 on the new 3 series! Same on the M850, and the new 7 coming next couple years.

Does your dealer sink screws/license plate into the front bumper of all the brand new cars? That would be a deal killer for me!
Required to pass inspection in the state. If it is a special order we ask the client.

Thanks for sharing the photos on the new X5. I gotta admit that the taillights on the X3 look better.

I currently have hk spec 30d m sport f15 with m suspension and rear air w/comfort seats (which I don't think is a configuration available in USA) and have a g05 m sport with 2 axle air (also not available in usa) and wondering if I will feel and difference at all.

I like it, I just purchased a Trackhawk last week but may need to go to a X50m in 2020 when the real motor gets installed. Refinement and tech looks awesome!

How do you like the non circular odometer? Not sure if I like it or not. Definitely going to need to get used to it.

Wow, a leap forward from the F15, which was a weak model after the Great E70. This however, really a true X5 again. The X3 Looks Close, the X line up makes more sense, and it will be complete when X7 arrives.

Rumor from my CA is due to a recall no (US) deliveries will happen before mid November.

That said I'm looking forward to getting the keys to one of these beauties in my hands soon.

Are you in a state that doesn’t require a front license plate? Here in VA it is required. Is there a better option than a plate bracket?

Why would the xLine have a M sport steering wheel?

I am right there with you. I reached out to my dealer yesterday and asked not to have the front bracket and plate installed. Here in CT we have the luxury choosing if we want a front plate.

It's darker than Space Grey. Kinda in the middle between that and Dark Graphite.

You will love the color! Has different shades to it depending on how you look at it. When it was on the truck and I was standing inside it looked like black

Hey - this appears to be a square (vs. staggered) wheel / tire combo, correct?

Correct. Since the 20's are the base wheel now for the M Sport, you have to go to the 21" or 22" wheels for the staggered set up
