Yes it is. He was referring to combining this with USAA which is not applicable.

I don't believe you can finance with both. No financial org is gonna want to split the balance with another.

The BMWCCA sites says this about the USAA discount currently

Vehicles purchased/leased prior to 7/5/18 cannot combine this program with USAA, Military, Diplomatic, and Corporate Fleet rebate programs.

Wife is a CCA member, purchased a car in her name on Dec 1,2018 and was approved for a rebate of 1000 dollars.

Spouse, me, will be purchasing a second BMW in late March. We live at same address. To qualify for a rebate of my own, do I need to become a member as well? Or can I just add myself as an associate member (10 bucks) and apply?

Associate member qualifies, but only one rebate per member per calendar year is also in the rules, so that is a bit of a gray area, you might want to call and see if a member and associate member both qualify in the same year or if you need to both be full members.

Recommending adding yourself as an associate. Members are eligible to receive one reward per member, per VIN.

As long as you didn't co-sign, you can take advantage of your own individual rebate.

FWIW I submitted my rebate application Dec 4 and received my check Jan 22

I would hate to lose out on the 1000 CCA by adding in the USAA at time of purchase.

I asked BMWCCA and they said you can now receive the BMWCCA rebate if you also received the USAA incentive. I have their response in an email. If you have any doubts give them a call or send an email.

I just called and talked with Michelle at CCA (option 2 when you call the main number) and she said USAA is not stackable with CCA. She said that USAA is considered a fleet program. So I am not going to lose the 1000 CCA rebate for the 250 USAA rebate.

This is the exact opposite of what I was told. I'm going to call again. I will do the same if what she told you is true. They are moving today into their new HQ so I left a message and sent an email. I have an email from last week that says in 2019 you can use both. Very confusing.

I agree, I mentioned what is said on the website and she said it states it can not be combined with a fleet program. Then she said USAA is considered a fleet program.

I just called the CCA again. Talked to someone in membership and she said effective in 2019 you CANNOT get the CCA rebate if you use a USAA incentive. This is the exact opposite of what I was told last week. I will have my CA remove the USAA rebate from my deal before the deal is consummated since it's only $250 and the CCA rebate is $1000.

I am very sorry but I gave you misinformation. BMW NA has said that the BMW NA Corporate Sales Program is excluded and in that category, they are including the USAA rebate. They allowed USAA to be combinable for the last half of 2018 but have stopped that for the 2019 program. You will want to deny the USAA benefit and take our rebate if ours is larger. Again, I apologize for the incorrect information given to you on January 23.
