I guess patience is needed for this process to play out!

I got my email shortly after you posted, I also applied two months ago.

When you attach supporting docs to the application, DO NOT SUBMIT MULTI-PAGE ATTACHMENTS.

Their system is able to recognize only the first page of attached files.

I combined my Application, Bill of Sale, and Odometer Statement into one 3-page TIFF file. My application was summarily sidelined, pending receipt of the Bill of Sale and Odometer Statement.

Couple emails, re-posting separate files, and a phone call to BMWCCA later, I was approved.

I started the process first week in November, right after taking delivery. 4.5 months later, I'm still waiting for my check.

ok so to my understanding if you are a bmwcca member for 15 days or more from the delivery date that you take the car not the date you placed your order and put a deposit you are eligible?

It is based on when you take delivery of the vehicle not order it. You have to either be a member for a year of more prior to that date or have purchased a non-refundable 3 year membership (their website used to say up to 15 days after that date but I no longer see that).
