it's crazy how blue the Carbon Black can look. I'm hoping the ceramic coating on mine will really let it shine while it's clean

it's black depending on the lighting. I seen CB BMWs often enough but none have looked that blue

I saw a cb f15 in the showroom last week and was surprised how dark blue it looked, in the past it has always looked black to me.

Don’t plug it. If it’s a run flat conti will replace it free, too. Nearly all major tire companies will give you road hazard protection free for the first year of a new car. My last x had conti tires and they did that for me.

Herd, can you elaborate on Pirelli hazard protection? I don't have any literature from them and they still don't show RSC 315/35 R21 111Y P Zeroes on their site.

“Road Hazard Policy for Run Flat Tires Only Pirelli Run Flat tires are manufactured with technology that allows limited low-inflation operation in the event of sudden loss of pressure. Pirelli does not recommend the repair of Run Flat tires or Pirelli Noise Canceling System (“PNCS”) tires. As a result, in addition to the standard warranty coverage, Pirelli provides road hazard coverage on both Pirelli Original Equipment and Replacement tires manufactured with Pirelli Run Flat or PNCS technology If a Run Flat or PNCS tire becomes unserviceable due to road hazard damage within the first year, or within the first 2/32” of the original usable tread, whichever period ends first, the tire will be replaced with an identical or comparable tire at no charge for the tire to the owner. After that period, if a Run Flat or PNCS tire becomes unserviceable due to road hazard injury, the owner must pay the pro-rata cost of a comparable new Pirelli replacement tire. An authorized Pirelli dealer will determine the pro-rata cost by multiplying the percentage of the original usable tread that has been worn by the current dealer selling price. |

My tires are Pirelli also and I plan to buy a new tire just to have around in case of damage. That way I won’t have to wait until a new one gets shipped to me or my tire shop, then I can still get a new free one if still under warranty and that will become my spare. I did this on my prior X5 and it saved my butt one time on vacation when I took it with me. I would have been waiting for days otherwise.

Wow, mine are nowhere near that price, around 275, I think, but I have the square 20 inch set up, not 315’s... I doubt yours would be that high, actually, probably more like mid three hundred bucks...

Lol, I won’t be ordering one of those, that’s for sure. But I’m not sure what you mean about bmw branded, that’s your tire that you showed the picture of. I don’t think the fact that it also fits Porsche means anything.
