So this is probably a personal pet peeve of mine. When I replaced the P Zeroes on my A6, I paid $50 more per tire for the "A0" Audi OEM branded sidewall. I'm sure the tires are probably the same, but something tells me that the OEM branding is a specific compound developed with the mfg in R&D.

Talked to my CA. They are going to reduce the price of the tire and wheel protection plan by the cost of the tire. I live in a new development that has a lot of construction ahead which means lots of nails. Add a wife that likes to curb check and it makes the tire and wheel protection well worth it. So much as a scratch on a wheel and they replace it.

Just picked this up tonight.
Carbon Black G05 40i M-sport 22" 742M wheels Air Suspension showing lowest height setting and sky lounge colors with matte wood trim and glass shifter. And a free key protector as a gift. It feels like driving on a cloud. |

It's most likely not a standard feature.
I couldn't find it on your American site. It might be included in one of the packages or called something else. Or they'll show you how to add it at the dealership. It's a $1000CAD option. |

She is a beauty.
I am not a fan of the crafted glass but you cannot argue that it adds even more drama at night. Love the roof - it's the only one they let you buy at the moment in the UK! |

Prolly one of the classiest ashtrays ever.
And that really sucks how you got a nail in your tire right out the gate. It's happened to me too this summer right after getting a set of brand new 4S for the m235i. Both front tires got warps in them 1 week apart and about 1 week after getting them. That's why I always get an extended warranty for new tires which is a life time warranty that they'll replace each tire for free for unrepairable damage. Warranty costs $16 CAD each tire. But with a brand new BMW, your tires come with a one year warranty they should replace for free if it's not repairable. My dealer told me to pop all 4 tires before the end of the first year to get all brand new tires. I'll do that depending on if the tread is really worn. Cause taking it to the dealer to get these changed takes so much time I don't know if it's really worth it. |

Funny, but it's a pro-rated warranty. At least it is in the US. You don't get a free new tire if it "pops" on the 364th day and there is barely any tread left. You get a credit based on how much tread is left on the tire.

You do one tire at a time a month or two before. If they charge you on the new tire by measuring the tread of the old tire I'll reconsider, it seems like a lot to go through to replace one year old tires when I'm changing them to winter tires for our 6 month winter. |
