If it takes until 12/24 to get to SF from Oxnard, and you're one day ahead of me (12/6 At the Port) I'm going to conservatively assume mine won't get to Seattle until the end of next week. That's if everything goes smoothly at the VPC...

I ordered my 40i on 12/1 and it arrived at the dealership in Central NJ yesterday. But mine was not stuck during any stage. I would try to find out why the vehicle was stuck in the quality stage for an extended time.

My 50i is also at the Carrier Assignment status. It moved from Quality Check to this status on Dec 24. This surprised me given the factory closed on Dec 22 and won't re-open until after the New Year, so I assume the tracker was behind in updating. I don't expect any progress from this point until the factory re-opens on Jan 2, so I would say we'll be getting our cars after the New Year, unless I'm pleasantly surprised.

Thanks to the both of you for the intel/feedback. I keep checking the tracking with United Road to see if they have picked it up, and they don't recognize the VIN yet either.
Any suggestions on the best person/department to ask regarding why the vehicle was in Quality for so long? My CA has not been able to provide any useful information thus far during any part of this process, and I actually have to keep him updated on the different stages of production from the tracker. |

Good news is, once you are "dispatched from the factory", it takes 2 days to get to the dealer in the Boston area. I originally though mine took 3 days but found out the online tracker was a day behind. My guess is your truck will be at the dealer within a week (with the New Years holiday adding time). Where is your dealer?? Peabody? P.S. Both RKR and I were stuck in QC for a good amount of time. Doesn't really mean much - other than - there were likely parts back ordered for your X5. Especially if you had the Parking Assistance Package - sounds like there were camera shortages. Or something to that effect. |

Mine is at the trucking company getting ready for the trip to seattle. Looks like train came in a couple days early.Dealer said two or three day trip.

Picked up today. went ok but my car was the first time they had seen the keycard. I ask them about it and they said they hadn't came out yet. We found it sitting on the cell pad. they got it working but took a couple hours and phone calls. Never did get connected app working.Apparently i am supposed to get an email. Not sure if that's something that will happen automatically or if it takes some time.
