The X7 M50i/M60i and Alpina have the best factory height out of all the SUV/SAV BMW offers. The F95/F96 look goofy and the G8X look even worse. No idea what they were thinking when they finally put it into production.

Those Gentian blue pics look absolutely nothing like Porsche's Gentian blue. Like, not even close.

Porsche's Gentian blue is much darker. It's somewhere between San Marino and Le Mans in brightness, IMO. See here:

I'm not sure what your point is, but Porsche does not own the color Gentian Blue, and their version is just one of dozens of different shades of Gentian Blue. One is not more valid than the other.

I attached a GT4 in Gentian Blue. BMW made it look like another version of the color. You think Gentian Blue, you would think Porsche.

Those are both (the Taycan and the 911) the Porsche Genetian Blue. It has that much of a range in various lighting, sometimes looking almost Violet. That said, the Porsche Genetian Blue is far superior to the BMW Genetian Blue.

Individual colors from BMW have always been very close to what the customer asked for. Regardless the which company the color is originally from. It is clear this isn’t Porsche’s own Gentian Blue.

I don’t know what you are going on about it “difficult”. I stated this isn’t Porsche’s own color and another one. Emote all you want.

You google Gentian Blue, mostly will be Porsche is what people think of, not BMW.

I really love the Java Green. Sometimes I think it doesn't fit on a vehicle as big as an X5. But when I look at it I absolutely love it every time. So tempting.

Agreed! I think MBB pops better than Le Mans and dark green, in general, looks great on the X5, I remember seeing an Oxford with tartufo full merino it was stunning. The gentian just doesn’t fit this car, I think it’s better suited on a smaller 3 series size car.

Top is a X5M laser headlight.
Bottom is an X3 M40i LED (non laser) headlight.
